We are very pleased to offer two breads at ICF. Gerard’s Bread is a naturally-leavened country French loaf, baked locally from primarily organic ingredients. Adam's Village Bread is a whole-grain German hearth baked bread. Adam rotates between his 3-seeded loaf and everyday whole wheat loaf. Eggs. Jericho Settlers' Farm will supply eggs from their flock of free-range hens. Goat Cheese. Certified-organic goat cheeses from Does’ Leap Farm in East Fairfield will be available on a share basis. Does’ Leap produces several delicious fresh and aged goat cheeses. Meats. We expect to have grass-fed beef available through Wells Family Farm and organic pork through Does’ Leap Farm.
