Summer Food Events at ICF

We are pleased to annouce two exciting food events at the farm this summer. We'll have another "back by request" pizza night in August, but first up in July  will be a creative, cross-cultural evening of global foods using ICF produce.

Bring chairs, blankets, and your appetites!

Local Food, Global Flavors July 31st  5:00-7:30 p.m.
Please join us at the Intervale Community Farm for "Local Food, Global Flavors," a dinner celebrating the Burlington area's diverse communities and great foods.  Bring your family and friends for farm-fresh produce made up into international flavors by some of the Burlington area's newest ethnic communities.

We suggest a contribution of $5 per person or $20 per family.  Plates, cups and utensils will be provided but please feel free to bring your own if you like.

Local Foods, Global Flavors is sponsored by the Intervale Community Farm, Vermont Council on World Affairs, the Vermont Refugee Resettlement Project, and New Farms for New Americans.
ICF Pizza Night August 21st  5:00-7:30 p.m.
Once again, ICF is pleased to host the NOFA-VT (Northeast Organic Farming Association of Vermont) mobile pizza oven at our pick-up/pole barn area.

The NOFA-VT pizza crew will be baking delicious wood-fired pizzas featuring a wide array of ICF -grown and other local ingredients.  ICF will supplement with salads, melons, tomatoes, and other summer foods.

We suggest a contribution of $5 per person or $20 per family.  Plates, cups and utensils will be provided but please feel free to bring your own if you like.
