Goat cheese, Eggs, Bread, and Meat

The Intervale Community Farm works with other local food producers to offer their products to the farm membership. Farm members can purchase a season’s worth of bread, eggs or goat cheese, and pick up these items weekly along with their CSA vegetable share. These products are also available in limited quantities for sale at each pick-up.

This year’s partner producers are:

Goat Cheese

Certified-organic goat cheeses from Does’ Leap Farm in East Fairfield. Since 2000, Does’ Leap has provided ICF members a rotating selection of several fresh goat cheeses: chevre, feta, caprella (camembert family soft cheese.) Summer shares may be ordered in advance, $168 for 21 pick-ups or every other week (11 pick-ups) for $88. Single pieces, when available, are also $8.

Eggs

We are searching for a local egg producer and will let you know if we are able to offer eggs this summer.

Bread

Trent’s Bread is a non-organic, wood-fired, French country levain bread of wheat flour, water, rye berries, and sea salt. Summer shares may be ordered in advance, $136 for 17 pick-ups. We don’t know which 4 weeks we’ll miss yet; anyone pre-ordering will be notified. Single loaves, when available, are $8.

Meat

Maple Wind Farm is pleased to continue bringing our pasture raised meats to the ICF community making a convenient stop to get local meats with your organic vegetable pickup.

For this season it will be PRE ORDER ONLY and pickup will be self-serve from our coolers on your share day. We will be delivering any online pre-orders to your regular ICF pickup location on Mondays and Thursdays. When you place an order on our website, you will need to select either ICF Monday or ICF Thursday as the "Pickup in store" option during checkout. We will send a reminder email to you each week if you choose to opt in to our communications.

VERY IMPORTANT! If you do not pick up your order on the requested day it will be donated to the ICF staff (they do not have freezer storage to keep for a later pickup)

We offer a few ways to save: Buy a CSA gift card and save 10% on all your purchases! Another option is to subscribe and save to your family favorites and set the schedule yourself.

You always have the option to choose Home Delivery to your front door on Thursdays!
