Bread, Eggs, Goat cheese, Mushrooms

The Intervale Community Farm works with other local food producers to offer their products to the farm membership. Farm members can purchase a season’s worth of bread, eggs or goat cheese, and pick up these items weekly along with their CSA vegetable share. These products are also available in limited quantities for sale at each pick-up.

This year’s partner producers are:

Bread

Trent’s Bread is a non-organic, wood-fired, French country levain bread of wheat flour, water, rye berries, and sea salt. Single loaves are $8. Trent will be baking for 8 of the 13 winter pick-ups. Share price is $64.

We are pleased to be able to offer eggs from Savage Gardens in North Hero. Savage Gardens has been producing eggs since 2007. Single cartons, when available, are $6.
