Summer 2025 Volunteer Opportunities

For the sixth year, Board members Bonnie Acker and Mark Twery will be coordinating work-mornings for ICF and City Market members and volunteers.

Tasks will be varied, quite useful and hopefully very enjoyable for everyone!  No gardening or farming experience is necessary, only a love for being out-of-doors!  Most weeks will entail weeding to help with veggies bound for ICF members as well as for veggies to be donated to the Vermont Foodbank and Feeding Champlain Valley amongst other destinations.

City Market members may earn working-member hours which will be recorded by Bonnie Acker.  For your hours of volunteering at the ICF to count towards a discount at City Market, you'll need to be a member of City Market and have taken the online Member Worker Orientation before you help out at our Farm.
